With the announcement of Governor Lamont's "Stay Safe, Stay Home" executive order for Connecticut, AMCI has updated our COVID-19 response plan accordingly. Effective March 23rd, 2020 we will continue operations as an Essential Manufacturer throughout the duration of the order.
Operations During Business Continuation
Customer Service, Engineering and Technical Support: Administrative staff will work remotely, ensuring coverage for quote requests, order processing, application and sizing support, accounting, A/R, and A/P.
Application Support & Quote Requests: The fastest method to obtain technical information and RFQs is through our website: www.amci.com. You can find contact details, programming resources, support files, manuals, configuration files, and more.
Manufacturing, Assembly, Shipping & Service: Operations continue with special precautions for our onsite employees in assembly, Q&A, shipping, and service. Teams will continue operating in normal shifts, and steps will be taken to ensure all machines and contact surfaces are sterilized.
Delivery & Lead Time Commitments
As of this writing, current orders in queue have no impacts to lead time and delivery.
